In a fun rut
Every time around this year i get into a fun rut because of work.  I’m editing my brains out but it’s almost over.  I crave fun like water, i get upset at the little things and i just want to have fun. Who's the biggest Loser?
Just had my physical and i’m totally cool you guys.  Also official weigh in by the doctor. Apparently my scale is wrong from yesterday to today i have lost 4 lbs. pssshhhaaaaa. So, i guess i only need to lose 5 more pounds but i’ll probably go for 7 just to keep the foxiness up to ultra foxy level.

Oh man haven’t worked out in a few weeks and i just murdered myself in the park.  Ran up 35 steps 40 times in the park.  I feel great but dead.  Let’s see if i can do it tomorrow as well. Ahhhh my legs, my lungs, my head all throbbing.

Another season and another reason to lose some weight.  Winter is not kind to me i some how gain weight from breathing and it’s time once again to lose some pounds.  Nothing crazy just 10 lbs. For those of you who remember i lost 20 lbs last year from march to august by running and eating less.  To be fair by august i had no money and couldn’t really eat and was just lounging around...
